  1. You shall receive an award of an equal number of NFTs and Liberty Coins which you can easily custom-rebrand and quickly promote to your followers.
  2. Your award will range between 100 NFTs and 100 Liberty Coins to 10,000 NFTs and 10,000 Liberty Coins based on the relative strength and fit of your brand including number of followers, follower demographics, number of channels, market segments targeted, product types promoted, etc.
  3. Your Liberty Coin Award is for custom-rebrandable NFTs that will be listed in your own dedicated collection on opensea.io (see example at NFT Sample Collection) and 120 to 360-month delivery custom-rebrandable Liberty Coins (as shown on libertycoingold.com).
  4. You receive full ownership to NFT coins and physical gold coins that you can resell one of two ways:
    A. Custom-branded with your face, brand, or design.
    B. Unbranded as generic Liberty Coins.

NFT Coin Award

  1. You hold 100% ownership of your NFT coins from Day 1.
  2. As coin owner you can custom-brand each of your NFT coins as you deem fit.
  3. You can create a vast range of custom-branded full-run, limited-edition, and one-off NFT coins that can be promoted, sold, auctioned, traded, and collected.
  4. We will customize one or all your NFT coins for free. Simply send us your design(s) and a proof will typically be ready within 5-days for your approval.
  5. Your NFTs will typically be ready to sell on opensea.io (the world’s largest NFT marketplace) within 10-days of your NFT design approval(s).
  6. NFT custom design and listing, auction and sale on opensea.io, are performed turnkey for Award Recipient by the Liberty Coin Network.
  7. Award Recipient’s custom-branded NFTs are held in a dedicated NFT collection on opensea.io (see example at NFT Sample Collection) titled in either your name or your primary brand name.
  8. For example, a mega-influencer’s NFT Coin Collection might contain 4 different limited-edition coins, where each edition is limited to 2,500 coins (e.g. #1 of 2,500, #2 of 2,500, #3 of 2,500, etc.).
  9. Placing your face/brand on your NFT coins can only increase your influence and prices your most loyal and dedicated followers pay for your NFTs.

Sold Gold Coin Award

  1. You hold 100% ownership of your solid gold coins from Day 1.
  2. Your 1 oz. physical gold coins are delivered in 120 to 360-months and are backed 1 to 1 with proven gold reserves (as shown on libertycoingold.com).
  3. Custom full-run, limited-edition, and one-off 3D printed gold coins can be minted as exact duplicates of your custom-branded NFTs.
  4. For example, your Solid Gold Coin Collection might contain 4 different limited-edition 3D printed 1 oz. physical coins which correspond coin-for-coin to each of your NFT limited-edition coins.
  5. Custom-branded limited-edition solid gold coins can potentially trade for multiples of their intrinsic value e.g., 1 oz. of gold (see NFT Coin and Gold Coin Values below).
  6. Placing your face/brand your physical gold coins can only increase your influence and prices your most loyal and dedicated followers pay for your 1 oz. solid gold coins.

NFT Coin and Gold Coin Values

  1. The value of each unbranded NFT value at original sale (e.g. resale by Award Recipient) is primarily based on the value of the underlying unbranded Liberty gold coin, e.g., the value of one (1) troy oz. of 99.95% pure investment grade gold on the New York Commodity Exchange (COMEX) on the day Liberty Coin(s) are physically delivered (e.g. intrinsic coin value).
  2. Custom-branded NFT values at original sale (e.g. resale by Award Recipient) are based on a combination (A) the underlying Liberty Coin gold coin values (see 1. above), (B) any premium paid by followers for each particular custom-branded NFT, and (C) the relative scarcity of each particular NFT offered. For example, a true one-off 1 of 1 NFT will, all things being equal, be worth more than NFT #1 of a limited-edition run of 10,000 NFTs.
  3. Liberty Coin delivery value (value at physical coin delivery) is equal to (A) the value of one (1) troy oz. of 99.95% pure investment grade gold on the New York Commodity Exchange (COMEX) on the day your Liberty Coin(s) are physically delivered (e.g. intrinsic coin value), PLUS, (B) any premium paid for each coin as (i) the result of its custom-branding (value of Award Recipient brand), and (ii) the relative scarcity of each particular custom-branded coin offered (e.g. custom-branded coin premium).
