Existing Member Liberty Coin Sell Form

This Member Liberty Coin Sell Form (“Sell Form”) certifies the undersigned seller (“Seller”) has agreed to sell Liberty Coins (“Liberty Coins”) to approved members of the Liberty Coin Network (“Liberty Coin Network”) according to all terms and conditions contained in this Sell Form and the Liberty Coin Network website.

1. Liberty Coin Network Member/User. Seller is an approved Liberty Coin Network Member/User (“Liberty Coin Network Member/User”).
2. Liberty Coin Sale. The minimum amount of Liberty Coins that can be sold to other approved Liberty Coin Network members is 1 Liberty Coin. In the event of account closure, a final account closing Liberty Coin sales transaction of less than 1 Liberty Coin will be approved by the Liberty Coin Network. There is no preset maximum amount of Liberty Coins that can be sold to other approved Liberty Coin Network members, however applicable sales restrictions limiting the amount of Liberty Coins that can be sold over a specific time period will be applied. Seller desires to sell the total number of Liberty Coins as stated herein (“Liberty Coins Sold”).
3. Liberty Coins are not fractionally divisible and must be purchased or sold in whole units.
4. The Liberty Coin Network charges its members transaction and account maintenance fees to facilitate Liberty Coin buy/sell transactions and usage of its network and account related services.
5. Liberty Coin Network Transaction Fee Schedule (“Transaction Fees“): 10.0% fee for Liberty Coin purchases or sales up to $50,000; 7.5% fee for Liberty Coin purchases or sales from $50,001 to $100,000; 5.0% fee for Liberty Coin purchases or sales from $100,001 to $1,000,000; 3.0% fee for Liberty Coin purchases or sales over $1,000,000.
6. Liberty Coin Network Monthly Maintenance Fee Schedule (“Maintenance Fees“): 1.00% fee/mo. for Liberty Coin accounts up to $50,000; 0.75% fee/mo. for Liberty Coin accounts from $50,001 to $100,000; 0.50% fee/mo. for Liberty Coin accounts from $100,001 to $1,000,000; 0.25% fee/mo. for Liberty Coin accounts over $1,000,000.
7. A Purchaser’s initial purchase of Liberty Coins on the Liberty Coin Network (“Initial Liberty Coin Purchase”) shall be subject to a daily Liberty Coin sales limit equal to the lesser of 10.0% of its initial Liberty Coins purchased or $1,000,000 in gross sale proceeds per day (“Initial Liberty Coin Sales Limit”). For example, if 1,000 Liberty Coins were initially purchased and Liberty Coins are currently valued at $500 each ($500,000 account value), a maximum of $500,000 of Liberty Coins could be sold per day. The Initial Liberty Coin Sales Limit shall remain in effect until the Liberty Coin Network on behalf of its member/owners determines that sufficient transactional volume and network efficiency exists to increase or eliminate the daily Initial Liberty Coin Sales Limit. The Liberty Coin Network may in its sole discretion increase or waive the Initial Liberty Coin Sales Limit on a case-by-case basis.
8. General Liberty Coin Holdings shall be defined as any Liberty Coin holdings that were not originally part of a Purchaser’s Initial Liberty Coin Purchase (“General Liberty Coin Holdings”). Sales of General Liberty Coin Holdings shall be subject to a daily Liberty Coin sales limit equal to equal to the lesser of 10.0% of a member’s General Liberty Coin Holdings or $5,000,000 in gross sale proceeds per day (“General Liberty Coin Sales Limit”). For example, if 100,000 Liberty Coins were purchased over time and Liberty Coins are currently valued at $500 each ($50,000,000 account value), a maximum of $5,000,000 could be sold per day. The General Liberty Coin Sales Limit shall remain in effect until the Liberty Coin Network on behalf of its member/owners determines that sufficient transactional volume and network efficiency exists to increase or eliminate the daily General Liberty Coin Sales Limit. The Liberty Coin Network may in its sole discretion increase or waive the General Liberty Coin Sales Limit on a case-by-case basis.
9. The chronological sales order of Liberty Coins shall be based on the first-in, first-out (FIFO) accounting method. For example, the first Liberty Coin purchased within each class of physical coin delivery dates (e.g. 24-month or 60-month delivery) will be the first Liberty Coin sold, the second Liberty Coin purchased within the same class of physical coin delivery dates will be the second Liberty Coin sold, and so on.
10. All Liberty Coins which are gained, received or obtained as the result of any type of transaction not involving the direct transfer of USD denominated funds, including but not limited to awards, gifts, exchanges and distributions, shall be subject to the Initial Liberty Coin Sales Limit and any Special Liberty Coin Sales Limit or sales restriction as may be imposed by the Liberty Coin Network on a case-by-case individual member basis, without limitation.
11. On a collective average price basis, the sale price per Liberty Coin will be equal to the total gross sale proceeds received by the Liberty Coin Network’s payment processor in USD divided by the total number of Liberty Coins Sold (“Sale Price Per Liberty Coin”).
12. Seller agrees this is a market order for all Liberty Coin sales and depending on the number of Liberty Coins Sold, multiple sales transactions to different Liberty Coin purchasers may be required to fulfill Seller’s order. Accordingly, the actual daily sales price across multiple transactions could be significantly more or less than the Liberty Coin sell price quoted on libertycoingold.com on the day this Sell Form was submitted to the Liberty Coin Network.
13. In addition to the above Liberty Coin Network Transaction Fees and Maintenance Fees, members of the Liberty Coin Network are required to pay for all third-party transactional related costs for each Liberty Coin purchase or sale transaction including bank service charges, debit and credit card processing fees, international transaction fees, and currency conversion fees (collectively the “Third-Party Transaction Costs”).
14. The total sale amount is calculated by multiplying the Liberty Coins Sold by the Sale Price Per Liberty Coin in USD and deducting all applicable Transaction Fees and Third-Party Transaction Costs (“Sale Amount”).

Online User Account & Documentation

Upon Liberty Coin Network’s payment processor receipt of the final Sale Amount for the total number of Liberty Coins Sold you will be sent the following:

1. A bank ACH or wire transfer to your bank account or PayPal account for the Liberty Coin Sale Amount.
2. Updated online Liberty Coin Network Member-User Account showing your User Account information, current Liberty Coin transaction, Liberty Coin performance summary, and Liberty Coin transaction history.
3. Updated Liberty Coin Ownership Certificate showing owner of record and the number of Liberty Coins owned as of the certificate date.
4. Updated Liberty Coin Ownership Account information will be posted to your online account each time a transaction increases or decreases your Liberty Coin holdings.
5. Additionally, your online account is updated on a daily basis with a wide range of real-time account summary, analysis and performance criteria.
6. Your Liberty Coin Ownership Certificate together with your online Liberty Coin Network Member-User Account provides you with comprehensive and detailed documentation regarding your current Liberty Coin transaction, Liberty Coin performance, and Liberty Coin transaction history.

Liberty Coin Network Terms & Conditions of Sale, Membership and Use

Seller acknowledges it has reviewed and expressly agrees this Liberty Coin sale may be subject to certain sales restrictions as set forth in the Liberty Coin Purchase, Sale and Use Agreement and the page of this website titled Existing Member Liberty Coin Buy/Sell Transaction Portal at libertycoingold.com.

Seller acknowledges it has reviewed and expressly agrees to all terms and conditions contained in this Sell Form and the Liberty Coin Network website at libertycoingold.com including all website text, exhibits, attachments and downloadable documents, the most important documents of which are the Liberty Coin Network Membership Agreement, Liberty Coin Purchase, Sale and Use Agreement, Liberty Coin Collateralization Agreement, and Liberty Coin Privacy Agreement.

Our Privacy Pledge. Your personal information including your email address and phone number will always remain private and confidential. We will never sell, share or disclose any of your personal information to any person, company or entity not directly related to your purchase or sale transactions, your Liberty Coin holdings or your Liberty Coin Network account. We will never engage in solicitation or marketing activities concerning you or your account. Our website and our communication with you will never contain any form of third party advertising or external or embedded marketing links or cookies.

The Liberty Coin Network is currently at the initial stage of its projected growth. All Liberty Coin transactions are on a direct member-to-member (peer-to-peer) basis, with no broker/dealer to intervene to smooth out buy/sell order volatility or imbalances between buy and sell order volume. This means a backlog of sell orders can be created. This is even true for established high-volume markets that operate without broker/dealers. In situations where there is a high ratio of Liberty Coin sell orders to buy orders and overall Liberty Coin transactional volume is low it could take multiple days to execute a particular sell order.

The Liberty Coin Network, on behalf of its members, reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Sell Form, the terms and conditions of Liberty Coin purchase and sale, or the terms and conditions regarding membership and use of the Liberty Coin Network without notice or limitation.​

Liberty Coin Sell Form Instructions

1. All Sellers of Liberty Coins must complete this Sell Form.
2. Incomplete Sell Forms will be rejected.
3. Upon Liberty Coin Network review and approval of this Sell Form you will be sent a secure email with a Liberty Coin Sale Statement setting forth the estimated sales proceeds less applicable transaction fees and costs and a formal authorization for the Liberty Coin Network to facilitate the sale transaction(s) on a strictly best efforts basis.

NOTICE: This Sell Form requests a significant amount of information for security and identity verification purposes. The depth and breadth of information requested in this Sell Form when combined with our multi-step Liberty Coin sale approval process allows us to positively verify your identity as the Liberty Coin owner of record and prevent unauthorized account access, theft or fraud. As stated in Our Privacy Pledge, once you become a member of the Liberty Coin Network your personal information will not be utilized for any purpose other than to positively identify you as the owner of your Liberty Coin Network Account and your Liberty Coin holdings.
