Existing Member Liberty Coin Purchase Form

This Liberty Coin Member Purchase Form (“Purchase Form”) certifies the undersigned purchaser (“Purchaser”) has agreed to purchase Liberty Coins (“Liberty Coins”) from approved members of the Liberty Coin Network (“Liberty Coin Network”) according to all terms and conditions contained in this Purchase Form and the Liberty Coin Network website.

1. Liberty Coin Network Member/User. Purchaser is an approved Liberty Coin Network Member/User (“Liberty Coin Network Member/User”).
2. Liberty Coin Purchase. The minimum amount of Liberty Coins that can be purchased by an existing member is one (1) Liberty Coin. There is no preset maximum number of Liberty Coins that can be purchased from approved Liberty Coin Network members, however the maximum number of Liberty Coins that can be purchased over a specific time period may be limited by the Liberty Coin Network in accordance with its review of Purchaser’s net worth, income, experience and other relevant criteria. Purchaser desires to purchase the total number of Liberty Coins as stated herein (“Liberty Coins Purchased”).
3. Liberty Coins are not fractionally divisible and must be purchased or sold in whole units.
4. The Liberty Coin Network charges its members transaction and account maintenance fees to facilitate Liberty Coin buy/sell transactions and usage of its network and account related services.
5. Transaction Fee Schedule (“Transaction Fees“): 10.0% fee for Liberty Coin purchases or sales up to $50,000; 7.5% fee for Liberty Coin purchases or sales from $50,001 to $100,000; 5.0% fee for Liberty Coin purchases or sales from $100,001 to $1,000,000; 3.0% fee for Liberty Coin purchases or sales over $1,000,000.
6. Monthly Maintenance Fee Schedule (“Maintenance Fees“): 1.00% fee/mo. for Liberty Coin accounts up to $50,000; 0.75% fee/mo. for Liberty Coin accounts from $50,001 to $100,000; 0.50% fee/mo. for Liberty Coin accounts from $100,001 to $1,000,000; 0.25% fee/mo. for Liberty Coin accounts over $1,000,000.
7. Your Liberty Coin purchase price is equal to the Liberty Coin Gold price for each selected delivery date (maturity date) quoted on libertycoingold.com/liberty-coin-prices/ on the day the Purchase Amount is paid in full. The Purchaser agrees this is a market order to purchase Liberty Coins from approved Liberty Coin Network members or the Liberty Coin Network itself, where the purchase price is not confirmed until the date of purchase of each Liberty Coin and the corresponding funds have been received Liberty Coin Network’s payment processor. Depending on the number of Liberty Coins Purchased, multiple purchase transactions from different Liberty Coin owners may be required to fulfill the Purchaser’s order. Accordingly, the actual daily purchase price paid across multiple transactions could be significantly more or less than the Liberty Coin Buy price quoted on libertycoingold.com/liberty-coin-prices/ on the day this Purchase Form was submitted to the Liberty Coin Network.
8. Your Liberty Coin delivery value (payoff value at maturity) is equal to the value of 1 Troy oz. of 99.95% pure gold on the New York Commodity Exchange (COMEX) as quoted in the top header of this website on the day of Liberty Coin physical delivery.
9. On a collective average price basis, the purchase price per Liberty Coin shall be equal to the gross purchase price received by the Liberty Coin Network’s payment processor in USD divided by the total number of Liberty Coins Purchased (“Purchase Price Per Liberty Coin”).
10. This is a market order for all purchases required to fulfill your Liberty Coin purchase transaction.
11. In addition to the above Liberty Coin Network transaction fee and maintenance fees, members of the Liberty Coin Network are required to pay for all third-party transactional related costs for each Liberty Coin purchase or sale transaction including bank service charges, debit and credit card processing fees, international transaction fees, and currency conversion fees (collectively the “Third-Party Transaction Costs”).
12. The total purchase amount is calculated by multiplying the Liberty Coins Purchased by the Purchase Price Per Liberty Coin in USD and adding applicable Transaction Fees and Third-Party Transaction Costs (“Purchase Amount”).
13. Upon Liberty Coin Network approval of this Purchase Form you will be sent a secure email containing an invoice with a unique transaction ID for an estimated purchase amount based on Liberty Coin price quoted on libertycoingold.com/liberty-coin-prices/ as of the Liberty Coin Purchase Statement date and  breakdown of all transaction related fees and costs, and as discussed above the actual Purchase Amount could be significantly more or less than the estimated purchase amount provided on the invoice or Liberty Coin Purchase Statement.
14. Liberty Coin purchases up to $50,000 can be made using your PayPal account or by using a debit card or major credit card within the PayPal website (a debit card or credit card can also be used in the PayPal website even if you do not have a PayPal account).
15. Liberty Coin purchases can also be made by bank transfer/wire.
16. In certain circumstances, Liberty Coin purchases can also be made with cash (fiat currency) issued by the United States (USD) as well as multiple foreign countries including in-country payment collection options to comply with any applicable foreign currency controls and regulations. User Online Account & Documentation

Upon Liberty Coin Network’s payment processor receipt of the final Purchase Amount for the total number of Liberty Coins Purchased you will receive the following information:

1. A link to your online Liberty Coin Network Member-User Account showing your User Account information, current Liberty Coin transaction, Liberty Coin performance summary, and Liberty Coin transaction history.
2. Updated Liberty Coin Ownership Certificate showing the owner of record and number of Liberty Coins owned as of the certificate date.
3. Updated Liberty Coin Ownership Account information will be posted to your online account each time a transaction increases or decreases your Liberty Coin holdings.
4. Additionally, your online account is updated after each purchase or sale transaction.
5. Your Liberty Coin Ownership Certificate together with your online Liberty Coin Network Member-User Account provides you with comprehensive and detailed documentation regarding your current Liberty Coin transaction, Liberty Coin holdings, Liberty Coin performance, and Liberty Coin transaction history.

Liberty Coin Network Terms & Conditions of Purchase, Membership and Use

Purchaser acknowledges it has reviewed and expressly agrees to all terms and conditions contained in this Purchase Form and the Liberty Coin Network website at libertycoingold.com including all website text, exhibits, attachments and downloadable documents, the most important documents of which are the Liberty Coin Network Membership Agreement, Liberty Coin Purchase, Sale and Use Agreement, Liberty Coin Collateralization Agreement, and Liberty Coin Privacy Agreement.

Our Privacy Pledge. Your personal information including your email address and phone number will always remain private and confidential. We will never sell, share or disclose any of your personal information to any person, company or entity not directly related to your purchase or sale transactions, your Liberty Coin holdings or your Liberty Coin Network account. We will never engage in solicitation or marketing activities concerning you or your account. Our website and our communication with you will never contain any form of third party advertising or external or embedded marketing links or cookies.

The Liberty Coin Network, on behalf of its members, reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Purchase Form, Liberty Coin purchase and sale, or membership and use of the Liberty Coin Network.

Liberty Coin Purchase Form Instructions

1. All purchasers of Liberty Coins must complete this Purchase Form.
2. Incomplete Purchase Forms will be rejected.
3. Upon Liberty Coin Network review and approval of this Purchase Form you will be sent a secure email with an Invoice and Liberty Coin Purchase Statement for the number of Liberty Coins to be purchased and which authorizes the Liberty Coin Network to facilitate the purchase transaction(s) on a best efforts basis.

NOTICE: This Purchase Form requests a significant amount of information for security and identity verification purposes. The depth and breadth of information requested in this Purchase Form when combined with our multi-step Liberty Coin purchase approval process allows us to positively verify your identity as the Liberty Coin owner of record and prevent unauthorized account access, theft or fraud. As stated in Our Privacy Pledge, once you become a member of the Liberty Coin Network your personal information will not be utilized for any purpose other than to positively identify you as the owner of your Liberty Coin Network Account and your Liberty Coin holdings.
